QOL changes

QOL:

• show multiple people if records are tied
• Round ID should be a compound ID or at least be unique only to each meetup
• pagination (for now lets just hope people have good internet)
• invalidate user session after account detail change + show toast (poor ux currently) -> redirect to login page too?
• live results, websocket
• inhouse registration system (with stripe... but doesn't seem like all clubs want to )
• filter meetups by club
• club pages
• data entry can input string of digits -> formats into mm:ss.msms
• auto populate existing solves in data entry if the user exists, and selected again (edit)
• remove redundant round in user results history
• the query strings don't actually work if you go directly to something - resets to default value :(
