C8yPactDefaultFileAdapter reading / parsing of pact objects

C8yPactDefaultFileAdapter should not parse pact objects if only string is requested. Fix C8yPactDefaultFileAdapter and pact-runner to no read, parse and stringify pact objects if not needed.
