Allow network drive on premiere pro

In addition I blocked the adobe app outbound connections in windows firewall settings

Managed to set everything up properly, and it's all working well, except for one issue.

I have a network drive on my home network, and premiere pro is unable to see it, I have tried creating an outbound firewall rule to allow the connection, but it doesn't work.

Any idea how to fix it, if even possible?
