Thousand Land only rendering black screen[BUG]

Starting thousand land will show black screen even though the fps counter is going up n down so its rendering something

i got the .xbe out of the .iso using XDVDMULLETER v10.2beta and whenever i add the .xbe into cxbx it shows me warning that the signature check failed and the 1 or more sections might be corrupted, so that might be the reason why idk. i tried using both .xbe exported from the original .iso and even modded one that has english translation but it was the same. even the warning message.

thousand land was only available in japan so i changed the EEPROM region to japan and the cofounder to 0000000000000002

I don't think it's just Thousand Land, ever since I did the update to the version dated 7th June every game I have tried just renders a black screen. It doesn't matter what options I change I always get the same black screen.

I'm using Windows 11 x64 Pro Version 23H2
Asus X570 Plus MB with a Ryzen 7 5800x CPU OC@4.6Ghz
RTX 4070 TI GPU, 32GB (4 x 8GB Strips) Corsair dominator Memory @3600Mhz.

Yup, same here. Updated to latest build and black screen on every game.

On windows 10 pro 22H2 with Ryzen 5600x@4.6, RTX 3050

Thousand land is indeed broken in the latest build; but it also doesn't work in the previous few builds so it is not a recent regression.

Regarding black screens in other games @Inno2d @xMoJox12 @Catcher40 : Make sure you don't have any hacks enabled; with the latest build even JSRF breaks if you use the "All cores" speedhack; but it works fine otherwise!

Friendly reminder that bug reports are only valid if you do not have any of the hack related settings enabled.

there was some rendering issue with using xemu (different emulator) but adding some stuff to rendering of the emulator or something like that fixed the issue supposedly. heres the link to the issue im not sure if its the same problem but it might help with fixing it xemu-project/xemu#1026 idk

This game uses NaN handling for rendering so wouldn't expect it to render much. same engine as Otogi

well idk much about emulating but it was made by the same studio + around the same time.. idk though the xemu issue may be completely unrelated

I checked and I don't have any hacks enabled not only that but games that I knew worked like Buffy the Vampire Slayer 1 or Genma Onimusha just give me the black screen with the audio playing, I've noticed that you can still use the controller to select various main menu options as it plays the sound when you move around or press button A it just seems to refuse to show any graphics.
