New approach

Hey I took a different approach to this Problem and I'm now testing it here is my repo https://github.com/Lautaro-L/Binance_New_Coins_Scraper
Basically it's a scrapper so it knows what pair and coin is going to be listed on binance and can place the order faster, for optimal results running it on a AWS in Tokyo since the API endpoint is there you can achieve really low latency
