Hover over Account Username

Due to use of accounts that are not using full names for logging in, we cannot directly see who is uploading a sample. It would be a great option to be able to hover over an account in the (detailed) report page and submissions page and see the "full name" linked to that account. Something related to the hovering over the verdict of an analysis to see the score.

Would this be something limited to Administrators or for anyone to see?

I wouldn't see it as an administrator only option myself. Cause everyone using the platform should be able to see it in our environment.
But could be an administrator option to enable or disable it if that would be a possibility.

My only concern for giving that access to everyone is that it would show a contact card containing PII data on a shared instance.

Currently only administrators know the full name of the users using the system, assuming their username is disassociated from the real name per your example, so limiting it to just them would be what I would opt for.

Very good concern there. I didn't think about publicly accessible environments there. In that case admin side would be understandable. Or make it an optional setting but that might be a bigger implementation.
