One thing I always look for when evaluating to try software is screenshots.
Please include screenshots in the documentation.

Hi there, we've added a task to add some demo images! In the meantime, we just merged in a demo docker-compose file that'll spin up a demo instance with some test data for you to evaluate the system.

Not quite your ask, of course!
