Is this feature built yet? It doesn't seem to work, so I cannot create SBoM.

Not built yet. Still prototyping. Still experimental. Been focused on developing CycloneDX v1.2 which will be out likely next week. Once that's done, I'll have more time to dedicate to working on this project.
