Latest release doesn't compile on loongarch64

Hello!

While preparing an Alpine package I noticed the latest released version (0.5.7) doesn't compile on loongarch64 because the libc crate from back then wasn't compatible.

Any chance you could cut a release with a more recent libc crate version? :)

Cutting a new release just for a cargo update -p libc seems rather silly. Does Alpine really have no way of getting around this? I don't want to create work for packagers of every single other distribution just because Alpine is inexplicably limited to cargo build --locked.

This was applied to Cargo.lock in main by ea8db99 so that even cargo install --locked would compile (cargo install always worked). The change has not yet shipped in a stable release.

The package got included in the community repository by now and is going to be part of the next release:

It's applying a patch to the Cargo.lock file, I'm looking forward to dropping this patch :)
