Short description:

As the title implies, adding fuctionality to the machine writer to adjust various values on demand based on programmed logic. you do this by having it connected to a redstone reactor port. allows to control fuel rate based on decimal value (0.1 to max-reactor-rate (based on reactor setup))

it theres also an addon this could have support for that makes the fusion reactor more tricky to deal with
