World block importer filters do not correctly function on Just Dire Things time crystals

Short description:

Trying to automatically break fully grown time crystals with the basic filters doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Grow a full time crystal
2. Point a world block importer at it
3. Obtain a variable card for a fully grown time crystal block (Either dragging into the lp, or materializing from a block reader)
4. Place into the break block section of the world block importer
5. Nothing happens
6. Break manually
7. Wait for the crystal to start growing again
8. Watch as the importer breaks the small cluster
9. Cry

Expected behaviour:

The crystal should break on step 5 and not be breaking on step 8, preventing step 9

It might just be a limitation wrt to how these time crystals works (I don't know how they work myself).

It's possible that you need to filter to the drops of the block instead of the block itself. I vaguely seem to remember something like that regarding the lowest tier of crystals from that mod. I didn't play said pack long enough to fully figure out how the details work to be certain.
