When running `mox install` with both a moccasin.toml and a pyproject.toml, the moccasin.toml is filled with the pyproject stuff

Open up the complex_project in the test dir.

Delete the lib folder if it's there

Run mox install

You'll see the moccasin.toml is now messed up
