Cargo Error: No Example Target Found When Running Rust File

I want to run this and test it, I use this command cargo run --example scalar_exercises but I'm getting error no example target named scalar_exercises in default-run packages

Cargo.toml:

version = "0.1.0"
edition = "2021"

Current Terminal:

• How to test any file like that same file(exercise) without changing directory(cd...) on Terminal
• I want to know all of the ways to run any file (like that same file(in exercise)) without changing directory(cd...) on Terminal

The example is located at rust-crash-course/topics/scalar/solutions/examples/scalar.rs so navigate to rust-crash-course/topics/scalar/solutions and then execute the command

Yes, I know that, but isn't there a way to do this without navigating?
