tests not added in borrowing_rules exercises

Description:

I had started this course recently. while doing the exercises I found that in borrowing_rules exercise it doesn't contain any tests to execute. you can refer here. In readme of that topic mentioned run cargo test. I would like to add tests for that exercise. @t4sk can you please assign this to me.

The exercises have code that intentionally break the borrowing rules. The code will not compile.
The goal of the exercise is to fix the code. If cargo test runs this means that the code compiles, hence there is no test file.

I'm not sure how to test if borrowing rules are implemented correctly since this is done by the compiler. But if you have an idea, please feel free to give it a try

@t4sk I am sorry for the issue I raised without acknowledging that you have left it intentionally and thanks for letting me know.
By the way can you please confirm me with that can we write test cases using try build Dev dependencies? If that's ok then I will write and create a PR , else I will just close the issue.

@t4sk trybuild is used for testing compile-time behavior. It is a dev-dependency that allows you to write compile-fail and compile-pass tests
