Re-instrumenting a file will lead to duplicate block coverage #26
Description
If you run overload in instrument mode on a file that has already been instrumented it will create a new ReportBlockCoverage untop of the existing ones in the Golang code leaving artifacts in the code being tested.
The blocks_file always gets overwritten so running record and explore will still work as expected.
