Please add Truncate method

Right now basic Typesense functionality include truncate collection command:

I've just implemented it, but there is an issue currently upstream that prevent it from working. typesense/typesense#2218.

I'll release the feature when this has been fixed upstream.

Hi @AlexGear, I added a hack so it works until fixed upstream in v29.0.
