I'm having an unexpected Data Tool update issue. In following the instructions from our Data Tool Guide and when I attempt to pull the Census Data by using the instructed format (run cd C:/users/tvance/documents/github/dcaction/data/scripts), but changed a bit for my computer - the message I receive is that the file cannot be found. This means that I can't move on to compete the "fetch_acs" command.
I tried several different things, and have even moved the file around to see if it could be found in a different place on my computer - but still no luck. I'm not sure what's going on - any insight would be so appreciated! We're really trying to make sure our tool is updated to reflect the latest ACS 5-Year data!
