How to clean up proxies with a removed voms server?

The following removal procedure has been done:

1. remove the voms server from CS
2. remove the voms server from the vomses in dirac machine
3. remove the proxies with the removed voms server from DIRAC ProxyManager DB, and restart CS and ProxyManager service

I did "dirac-proxy-init -g juno_production" and then when try to download a proxy from DIRAC in the following way, the downloaded proxy is still a proxy with the removed voms server :
export X509_USER_PROXY=/home/zhangxm/RawData/GridRawData/ProxyRenew/proxy.zhangxm.dirac_admin
dirac-admin-get-proxy "/C=CN/O=HEP/O=IHEP/OU=CC/CN=Xiaomei Zhang" juno_production -a

I have no idea why the removed voms server info is there.
