问题分析：

当前路由实现通过拼接 category 参数到 https://www.mot.gov.cn/ 构建 URL，然后用 $('div.tab-pane a') 选择器抓取文章列表 [1]。网站改版后：

• 旧路径如 https://www.mot.gov.cn/tongjishuju/minhang/ 已返回 404
• 新结构变为多级嵌套路径，例如 https://www.mot.gov.cn/shuju/fenxigongbao/yunlifenxi/index.html

此外，抓取新版页面后发现内容几乎全是图片资源，没有传统的文章列表 HTML 结构 [2]，说明页面很可能是 JS 动态渲染，div.tab-pane a 选择器已失效。

修复该路由需要：

1. 核实新版页面的 HTML 结构及文章列表的 CSS 选择器
2. 更新路由文档中的 category 参数示例——旧的 tongjishuju/minhang 等路径已不可用
3. 如新页面为 JS 渲染，可能需要引入 Puppeteer 支持

目前路由配置中列出的示例路径为 jiaotongyaowen、shizhengyaowen、zhongyaohuiyi [3]，这些是否仍可用也需要逐一验证。
