Physics tutorial should mention that convex decomposition is not supported under Windows #1223

If we attempt to run convex decomposition on Windows as described in the physics tutorial, we'll get an error "This is currently not supported under Windows". The tutorial should mention this limitation. Even better, consider updating the convex decomposition code to work under Windows, since the v-hacd repository appears to support Windows.
