Specify attribution for AI "assistants"

DMTF will soon publish guidance on use of AI, including how to attribute AI in commits. This should be stated explicitly in the repositories themselves. The GitHub Community Standards say that the repository should have a CONTRIBUTING.md file, so this would be a good excuse to introduce that.
