Support for Signed CoRIM Generation from SPDM Measurements

I have a question regarding CoRIM support.

Does libspdm currently support generating signed CoRIM artifacts from
SPDM measurement evidence, or is this functionality expected to be
handled outside of libspdm?

If it is expected to be external, are there any recommended approaches
or reference implementations for transforming SPDM measurements
into CoRIM/CoMID?

If CoRIM generation is outside of libspdm, what component or layer is expected to consume SPDM measurements and construct CoRIM artifacts?
