Question approval

This is not working in current version since it's harcoded in the module that all questions are approved by default.

IMHO I find it ok that all questions from registered users are approved by default,
moderation defeats the point of q&a, and users can flag inappropriate questions so the community self moderates pretty quickly.

Very low priority.

That should just be another option on the module, up to the administrator to decide to use or not.
