[Bug]: 403 error form IIS

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?

When I time out there is a 403 error from IIS when I try and do anything. I do not think the timeout security is dealt with.

Steps to reproduce?

1. login
2. Edit module
3. Wait for timeout
4. refresh page.

403 error.

Prompt for login,

Relevant log output

Anything else?
