change deprecated AWSConfigRole to AWS_ConfigRole #10

Summary
AWS Config deprecated the managed policy AWSConfigRole on July 5, 2022, in order to scope down permissions. This policy is replaced with the policy AWS_ConfigRole. Could this module be updated to reference the new role if possible?
Motivation
Ensure AWS Config continues to function correctly with the appropriate managed policy.
