Building without tests

Is there a way to build TAO without the 100s of tests?

Yes, two ways to consider:

• Build the specific targets needed, as in make PortableServer or the equivalent with Visual Studio or another IDE
• Generate new makefiles / project files that exclude the tests, using TAO/TAO_ACE.mwc as the workspace

So I need to build from pure source and generate the makefiles from just TAO/TAO_ACE.mwc.
