Description
Attempting to run spiceinit on a HAYABUSA2 cube using the web=yes option results in a server communication error. The ISIS SPICE server returns a 404 error, indicating that the SPICE server script could not be found.

spiceinit from=hyb2_onc_20180627_022012_tvf_l2c.cub web=yes shape=user model=/home/sam/anaconda3/envs/asp/data/hayabusa2_anthony/kernels/dsk/SHAPE_SFM_3M_v20200815.bds

Possible Solution
spiceinit should connect to the ISIS SPICE server, retrieve appropriate kernels for the HAYABUSA2 mission, and initialize the .cub file successfully.

Might have been caused by service interruptions during the shutdown. Is this still happening?
