ISIS docs: PATH addition

gets a small section on adding ISISROOT/bin to the path, otherwise all ISIS tools are not findable.

Also, the trick on how to add it to an existing conda env could be added.

I can submit a PR if you let me know which file I need to edit.

@michaelaye I commented on the PR, but I don't know if we want to encourage people to manually edit their PATHs and instead use stacking.

We could add a blurb where we can mention manually editing your PATH to avoid activating, but I feel that is more of a hack and should be documented as such. If you want to add that yourself we can get it reviewed and merged.

i had trouble with stacking before, hence i don't use it. i can give it another whirl, maybe it has improved?

ah i remember, stacking did not correctly initialize things, or at least not sufficiently so that a Jupyter environment would still be able to discover it. i'm not sure all ENV stuff is "correctly" (?) being passed through to a Jupyter session launched from a terminal with an active stacking. pretty sure that was my issue.

I made a PR for this a while ago, with pretty much what was requested, how to add ISISROOT/bin to the PATH. @Kelvinrr didn't want to merge that, was reluctant to tell people to set the path themselves (as opposed to - it should happen automatically? not sure exactly what he has in mind)... He said to leave this issue for him.
