Create a how-to guide for how someone can use SpiceQL with other tools like cspice, spiceypy and ALE

Description of Task

I imagine we can have one page for SpiceQL how-tos that show searching for a kernelset, furnishing it and then calling cspice/spiceypy functions with it.

Then a separate how-to for ALE that shows the different options for getting kernel information (search for kernels, manually list kernels, metakernels, and web).
