ScienceBase Distribution Info Button

Describe the bug
When trying to add ScienceBase contact distribution information under Distribution tab, receive following message:
'Having trouble getting sciencebase contact info now. Check internet connection or try again later.'

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Distribution tab'
2. Click on 'Add ScienceBase Info button'
3. See error 'Having trouble getting sciencebase contact info now. Check internet connection or try again later.'

Expected behavior
Expecting ScienceBase contact information to be auto added into distribution contact form.

Thanks for reporting the bug.

The service that the wizard connects to in order to pull this info is no longer working. There's currently an open ticket to update the wizard so that the info is hardcoded, that is, it'll be built in as opposed to a dynamic pull from an external service. For now, users can add it in manually. Here's a screenshot:

@dduttonUSGS, this bug has been fixed, so the "Add ScienceBase Info" button now pulls in the contact info into the distribution contact info fields.
