Spatial-Vertical/Depth Coordinate System does not save information entered.

Describe the bug
Spatial -> Vertical/Depth Coordinate System? ->Altitude Coordinate system -> Vertical Coordinate System
Information entered into this specific section is not being saved. I fill out the required fields, save the document, then reopen the file and the information is missing again. The information is missing in both the MetadataWizard and when I open the raw xml file.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'SPATIAL' tab
2. Click 'YES' to "Is there a Vertical or Depth Coordinate System?"
3. Go to the "Altitude Coordinate System"
4. Click 'YES' to "Is there a Vertical Coordinate System?"
5. Fill out required fields (blue stars) and choose from the drop down menus (my attached image displays specifically what I am entering)
6. Save file and close program
7. Reopen program and file
8. Return to 'SPATIAL' tab
9. The option is back to 'NO' for the "Is there a Vertical or Depth Coordinate System?" section.
10. Navigate to where the information was entered (Steps 3-5)
11. The information is longer there.

Expected behavior
I expected the information to be in the file when I reopen the file.
