Save individual realizations or a thinned amount of them.

Is there an option to save all (or every N'th realizations) from the Markov chain?
I do not see these realizations on the hdf5 output file?

We do not currently have this option due to file size. I had a verbose option at one point but I havnt touched it in a while so it will probably crash.
