Adjusting skeleton template and making it more user adjustable. #88
Description
Issue 8 in the sciencebase data release pipeline tempate in gitlab raises the overarching idea that the FGDC_template.mustache file should be updated and also ermove some of the tags that have default text.
Ex. InlandWaters
Can we develop this? who can we turn to discuss such a change? How do we validate it.
Additionally, we'd like to see more structure around handling non-numeric attributes and providing the correct sub-tags (e.g. enumerated domain ) in the xml.
