NAND reading is very buggy #238

Description

Copying a directory from NAND to /gm9i/out/ usually fails. Failures look a bit different each time. Sometimes gm9i will just lock up, other times you'll get these:

This one is just weird... I copied NAND:/ticket/0003000f/ and when it was done I got sent to /gm9i/out/. For some reason folders that I didn't copy are there as well (00030015 and 00030017) and I can't leave the SD card to access NAND/ROM/RAM. I think gm9i thinks that I'm still in NAND because I can't delete anything or boot SRLs.

If there are no errors then gm9i will display NAND directories as being empty. Using a very outdated gm9i shows that everything is still there.

This is easily reproducible on real hardware and on emulators.
