The following scopes are not declared in MetaCat

  - dc4-interactive-tests
  - dc4-output
  - dc4-test
  ✗ fd2_vd_mc_reco
  ✗ fd_vd_prod1_mc_reco
  ✗ neardet
  ✗ neardet-lar
  ✗ neardet-lar-2x2
  ✗ neardet-lar-minerva

The scopes marked with X are empty; the others are not. How to proceed?

have given commands to remove contents of dc4-interactive-tests and dc4-test scope.. both of those only contained blank datasets, those will take effect in 24 hrs.

the dc4-output ones we will have to form into rules and then delete the rules.

all replicas of files dc4-output:testfile1-5 have now been tombstoned, should go away in 1 hour or so.
had to add the dc4-output namespace to metacat to get some of that to work.

the tombstone replicas above still there, will have to look at the undertaker logs at next opportunity.

Nothing in undertaker log or reaper log.. may have to make a rule after all and delete that.
