verify that rucio has the right vo-client fields to get the right voms2 DN #1069
Description
vo-client-140 was distributed last might.. have to figure out if the old version is cached in the container that runs the voms-proxy-init cron job and if rucio is having failures due to that.
Currently we are seeing FTS3 have failures to 2 sites only. That's not consistent with a badly delegated proxy but may be consistent with a stale proxy.
