You want to import some new tiles and you want to overwrite the existing ones from tile 87 to tile 123... now you are unable to do this without deleting the needed amount at the end of the tileset, append the new tiles and then move all of them before the old ones that have been moved there when deleting the ones you want to overwrite since the beginning...
