Food Spoilage Release 1

• assigns timestamps to food items including bread, potato, carrot, beetroot, rawbeef, raw porkchop, raw chicken, raw cod, raw salmon, raw mutton, raw rabbit, tropical_fish, and pufferfish.
• when timestamp is reached, the next time a player tries to eat the food item it will become spoiled food.
• disables shift-click crafting for bread due to an issue with the timestamp subsystem

• timestamp cooked items when they are cooked or taken out of a furnace
