[Feature] Allow operators to have more overall control of factions #1898

Something that I have noticed is the little control that the operators have over the users' features, that is, it can create chaos and you can barely have control of a few things, although there are tools that the operators use (such as /f bypass) it would be good to have something more organized and have something much more intuitive as well as controllable for the operators.
Describe the solution you'd like
I propose creating a category of /f admin in which it allows you to have control of absolutely everything, from the creation of a faction (which I specify in another suggestion) to the change of description of a faction, that is, to have absolute control over the entire faction, this includes declaring wars, declaring peace, declaring vassals, claiming territories, and obviously the ability to be able to break any territory as an operator, in this way you can have a little better control on a geopolitics server, as a roleplay faction server, and since the mod is very well made and with good features, I propose a little more control to make it better and more accessible for those who want to make servers

I would really appreciate it if all these suggestions were accepted and released in a new update, it would make me very happy, and it would help me a lot with the server I am making, your plugin is incredible and I really see a lot of potential in it, that is precisely why I am using it on my server
