plan for FP8 support

I have carefully read through the whole codebase. Amazing work! I am wondering if I can use SonicMoE kernels for FP8?

It's currently not enabled. You'll need to swap out the bf16 mainloop with the fp8 mainloop (kinda already implemented in quack). If you end up doing that, we'd love to see a PR
