Update .idea workspace, caches, and project name

Update IDE metadata: rename .idea/.name to relayer.gen.ts, modify deviceStreaming.xml by adding several device entries (e.g. Galaxy A53, moto e20, Galaxy S22, S20 FE 5G, Pixel 8) and removing multiple legacy/EULA-not-accepted entries. Clean up workspace.xml ChangeListManager entries (trim large list, add Counter/.idea/.gitignore, adjust misc.xml), and switch PropertiesComponent serialization to CDATA JSON with minor settings changes. These are IDE-only configuration changes and should not affect source code.
