I just downloaded and synced the Dashlane CLI with my account for the first time. When I navigated to the webpage and received the email address with the code I requested, it specified an unknown email address, 2a06:98c0:3600::103, which appears to be associated with Cloudflare.
This different IP address alarmed me because I expected the access request to come from my IPv4 address, and I didn't find any documentation indicating that I should expect the access request to come from a different IP address. I assume that the request is coming from the separate IP address because of how the CLI works on the Dashlane side, but I have been unable to find any documentation to verify this.
A notification of this IP address in the documentation (perhaps at https://cli.dashlane.com/personal/authentication) would alleviate any suspicion the request from a different IP address could be malicious.
