[Feature] Option to follow "Multi resource per property file" convention.

I've tried convincing myself to switch to 1 resource per property file, and perhaps for finding the related YML it is easier.. but it makes folders so much bigger.

Some of our schema's have 20+ tables so then the staging table has 2x yml 20x .SQL file.
To expand this to 21x yml and 20x SQL really makes the folder structure messier.

Any option this ever gets added as an option (1 file per folder)?

I can see a future where that is possible (although I don't have plans to work on this myself in the short term). Happy to collaborate with any potential contributors.
