Index anvil14 in anvilprod

Please see the anvil14 column in the AnVIL Prod tab of the "TDR Dataset and snapshots" spreadsheet.

423 datasets in anvil14:

• 50 new or updated datasets.
  • 11 reintroduced (dropped due to indexing issues or the data retracted by request) (0 OA, 11 MA)
  • 2 updated (1 OA, 1 MA)
  • 37 new (2 OA, 35 MA)

At this time, there are no dataset deletions requested in anvil14, so I have cleared all of the '0' that were copied over from the anvil13 column.

Benedict has approved the mirroring of anvil14. The estimate is that it will be around 231 TB of data (~$23,500).

We need to block this on the requester-pays work if indexing and mirroring are to be done in tandem. Otherwise, please create a separate ticket for mirroring of anvil14, so we can unblock and get started on this one.

Assignee to take special care to identify the managed-access snapshots in the release and mark those as no_ma_mirror. Assignee to ensure that, after this lands on anvilprod, the same verification procedure as in the demo for #7927 is performed (count mirrorable & accessible snapshots with and without auth).
