If a user requests files from multiple datasets for download using a curl manifest, it is unclear which files map to which datasets.

Please update the output directory structure to clarify which files are associated with which datasets.

Even if a single dataset is being downloaded, having the files in a subdirectory would be beneficial. This is in case the user wants to download files from different datasets independently.
