[BUG] pgbouncer extended query protocol in admin console

Agent Environment
agent version: 7.70.1 (and newer versions)

Describe what happened:
Since 7.70.1 we have issue with psycopg3 which try to communicate with pgbouncer admin console in extended query protocol (not supported in admin console).
Log in agent:

Not all metrics may be available: extended query protocol not supported by admin console

It should be correlated with psycopg3 upgrade.
