Rebase/target PRs to v2-dev: dd-trace-go v2.0.0 upcoming release

We've started the final steps towards releasing dd-trace-go v2.0.0. Please rebase your existing PRs and create any new PR to v2-dev until the release at end of March. After it, you'll be able to contribute PRs to main again.

PRs fixing bugs may target main still if they apply, but in general all PRs should be opened to v2-dev.

Regarding dd-trace-go v2.0.0, you can use the preview version v2.0.0-rc.4 and read more about it.
