+* The `http_status_code` tag that 12.7.0 added unconditionally to `network.http.can_connect`, `network.http.cant_connect` and `network.http.response_time`, first shipped in Agent 7.81.0, is no longer emitted by default: it split each metric into one context per status code, which changed how existing monitors evaluate. A single `http_outcome` tag is available behind the new `enable_http_outcome_tag` option instead, carrying the HTTP status code of the response, or, on `network.http.can_connect` and `network.http.cant_connect` when no response was received, one of `ssl_error`, `timeout`, `connection_error` or `socket_error`.
