Is it possible Envoy repsonse flag uf_urx was flipped?

Hello, we have alarms and dashaboards to monitor 5xx erros with envoy flag uf_urx. however we noticed that a new metric urx_uf is present and uf_urx is now 0.

Was a change made to flip the order of those statuses? Its technically a breaking change and impacted many of our alerts and dashboards.

Specificall for metrics istio.mesh.request.count.total. if you group by response_flag.
