作业失败时，告警重复发送多次（2-3次），即使设置了 restart-strategy = none

环境信息

• Dinky 版本: 1.2.5（docker部署）
• Flink 版本: 1.17.2
• 部署模式: standalone

Dinky平台的告警机制问题

How to reproduce

1. 创建一个会失败的测试作业
2. 配置告警组（飞书/钉钉）
3. 运行作业
4. 观察告警记录，发现同一次失败触发了多条告警

每次任务失败告警都会重复发生
